First thanks for your prompt reply. Here is my case in detail. For my experiment two cameras are working, Roper ES310T and Pulnix 6710. One of same PXI1422s is separately using for one of cameras. I can acquire at full frame rate of 120 fps from PULNIX6710, but only at half frame rate of 65 fps from Roper ES310T(maximum fps is 125).
I will first try as what you suggested. Thanks again.

I find it unusual that you are not getting the full frame rates from the ES310T. You should be able to get 125 fps in continuous mode.
