is there some setting in camera need to be modify?

Have you tried updating IMAQdx? New versions contain updated versions of the standard GenApi/GenICam component that address some performance issues loading the camera's XML file. Unfortunately the Basler cameras have some pretty complex XML files and so when they are used with older GenApi versions they are quite slow to load.

3.4 is extremely old. You probably want to update the 4.0 which is part of the latest Vision Acquisition package:
