how to synch data collected from two different loops

I am collecting weight data at x frequency while running another loop to monitor background temperature at a slower frequency (let's say Y).

What is the best way to log the data so they can be synchronized or analyzed easily?  two arrays, two separate files?

This board is for an old add-in program to Excel called Measure. It is not a board for generic questions about measurements.

If there is a specific program you are using (i.e. LabVIEW, LabWindows), you should post to that board.
