Hi Mark,
The best way to get to the document referred by Sastry is to search for KnowledgeBase ID 2KA6M0YJ. You can search for it by using the KnowledgeBase link in Option 3 at http://www.ni.com/support.
If it doesn't work for you, you can try this direct link:

Hi Mark,
I'm a test engineer trying to use an NI DIO 96 card in a 64 bit machine however the issue I am having is in the driver. I haven't been able to install the NIDAQ32.dll and was hoping that you might be able to lead me to where I could locate a 64 bit driver suitable for use with LabVIEW 2009. I see in the forum that you were having issues with the asssociated 32 or 64 bit slots and was hopin that you might have some ideas on the driver. Any help is appreciated.
Regards
Rich Mc

You've hijacked a very old and unrelated thread.
The 64 bit driver for NI DAQ cards is DAQmx. Simply click on the support tab at the top of the page.
