9263 settling time

Hi pals, 

I am outputting a square signal and reading that signal back using NI-9263 and NI-9201 respectively. Nevertheless I am getting dynamics on the output signal or at least that is what I am measuring via NI 9201.

In image 1, I am showing a segment of the signal where evidently there is a overshoot on each step up and down. Image 2 is a zoomed version of Image 1 to emphasis the overshoot present in my measurements.  Settling time is around 5 times than the specs (13u sec) and signal overshoots 50%

My sampling is done at 100k Hz that is the maximum speed of the NI9263.per channel.

I also met the overshoot problem. Have you solved this problem?

I did not solve it, but it seems like the way to solve it is a calibration of the device. Fortunatelly, I did have another device and it works perfectly. If you have another device change it and test it.
