Offset problem of NI-6008

Hi,

I am using NI-9263 to give out an analog signal, and using NI-6008 to read an analog signal.

To calibrate NI-6008, I connected it to NI-9263 first. There is an obvious offset, but when I connected NI-6008 to a stable power supply the offset disappeared (almost equal to 0).

I also use multimeter to measure the output of NI-9263, it's working good.

What might be the problem?

Hello Nicole,

Do you have the USB-6008 setup for differential or RSE configuration? What are the exact pins that you are connecting from your NI-9263 to the USB-6008, specifically the GND pins. Do you have this set up in Measurement And Automation Explorer or are you reading the signal in LabVIEW?
