Problem with CDAQ - 9185

Struggling to troubleshoot this error after hooking up my CDAQ 9185 and thermocouple module (NI 9212). When i go to run Test Panels in NI MAX, this is the error I receive. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi ARTongue,

Does this occur with both 9212 modules in your chassis or just one?

It occurs with both 9212 modules. It appears to be some sort of issues with windows 10 and the hardware functions as expected when ran on a windows 8 PC.

Are all driver versions the same on both computers?

Do you have any other cDAQ chassis available that you could try putting these modules into? I tried simulating your devices in MAX and ran into no errors. I am currently using DAQmx 17.1.

I do not. The error is something to do with the software. Everything works fine on our Windows 8 PC and the error only occurs on my Windows 10 PC.

Do you happen to know what version of Windows 10, for documentation purposes? Was it working before and thenyou updated Windows 10 and experienced this error?

Edition: Windows 10 Pro

Version: 1709

OS Build: 16299.309

The hardware was received on Monday and it has not worked on my Windows 10 PC right out of the box. No Windows 10 update was performed.
