How can I get 7489 from Multisim

I have Multisim 11 in my PC, I need a IC 7489 16x4 ram for student project, but I could find it in the TTL list

Hello,

We currently do not have that model you are looking for. If you have the MCU family, you'll find some ceneric ram modules in there that you could use, otherwise, unless you can find the SPICE file for the IC you want, you won't be able to use one in Multisim.

I currently don't have multisim with me, but I already found another solution. I use the first 4 input of the data select and address, the rest connect to the ground, so it function as a 7489
