IC 7446 Problem

I'm using multisim power pro version 13. Whenever I wire up IC 7447 as shown in the picture, I get a correct output (In this pic : BCD code of 0011 gives 3)

The problem starts when I use 7446 instead of 7447, As shown in the figure, it always gives an erroneous output. Why is this so ?

Hi there,

I tested these circuits in Multisim 13 and you are correct, there is something wrong with the 7446.

I'll be creating a corrective action request for this problem.
