Share FileGlobals like I mentioned before and save it to the FileGlobal.

I agree that the global should be written to instead of a local. It's written to in one place only so there shouldn't be any race problem.

I think it make sense. In same cases I will need to share large digital waveforms and have only one place for the data is a nice idea.

I just need figured out the impact of "All Execution Share the Same File Globals" but it will not be a issue.
