RIO Device Setup Utility "Download Bitfile" Button Not Working

Hi guys,

I'm trying to load/download a bitfile into my RIO device (PXI-7811R). However, after setting the bitfile directory, the "Download Bitfile" button is disabled (gray out).

I would appreciate for any help and support towards this issue of mine. Thanks

Yes, I did. Any idea what's the NIRSER version 17.1 drivers. I can't find anything about it online.

I believe it stands for "NI R Series" Multifunction RIO driver.

Also, noticed that the PXI-7811R is in the "Obsolete" lifecycle and the latest version of LabVIEW the hardware is compatible with is the LabVIEW 2018 SP1.

What version of LabVIEW are you using?
