Unable to install the base system images on NI Linux RT

Hello,

I'm installing the NI Linux RT environment on a PXIe-8821. However, when I tried to install the base system images, I found myself unable to get any options available. PXIe-8821 is now in safe mode. Does anyone know the solution to this issue?

Have you installed NI Linux RT System Image on your host PC?

I solved it by downgrading the firmware to version 21.1.xxxx.
