I have two NI-cRIO-9053 and am trying to read thermocouple data using LabVIEW 2024Q1, however, am unable to see the cRIO modules in NI MAX. My PC and cRIO are air gapped/offline and cannot be connected to the internet. Also, when I press the add/remove software button on the cRIO in NI MAX it gives me an error. What do I need to do in order to get NI MAX to see and communicate with the cRIO modules?
Things tried
Setup the IP Addresses correctly and can ping both cRIO from the PC.
Both the Ethernet and the USB C connected.
Reinstalled the firmware.
Was trying to use the command line NI package manager to install DAQmx, however keep getting syntax errors pertaining to either the package or the lo

You need to install software to your cRIO from the host PC.
For offline host PC: Downloading Individual Offline Installers for NI Software
For offline cRIO: Installing Software to Offline NI Linux Real-Time Targets
