cRIO 9040 Time incorrect on 2/3 of deployed units

If I set the time in MAX on the cRIO-9040's I have deployed, 2/3 of the units come back with an incorrect time.

My method for setting the time:

- Set the time zone in MAX

- Save the changes

- Restart the cRIO

Is there something that I am missing when setting the time and time zone in MAX? Thoughts?

The correct time should be 11:39.
