problem with measuremnt (motor driver)

I am using PCI-6251 , SCXI -1001, SCXI - 1125 and SCXI - 1327. I would like to measure phases driving motor.

After PC and all devices reset acquired data are similar to expected,Fig.1, but then after I turned off SCXI - 1001, and turn on device, signals are totally wird. 

Do you have idea what is the problem, I was thinking about input impedance but this is just direction, without any conclusions.

If so, let's keep thing on one thread, or actually I'd also suggest to contact your National Instruments branch for troubleshooting your system and identify whether it is an architecture problem or faulty HW.
