Hi Stjepan,
I understand your frustrations, and I assure you that we are constantly working to improve the quality of SignalExpress. You can remove or not have decimated data by going to Tools->Options and under logging, set Prepare data for viewing to 'Never'.
The one drawback here is that the logs that are generated cannot be viewed in SignalExpress if you drag and drop it to the SignalExpress Viewer without explicitly right clicking and selecting 'make logs viewable'. However, if you are interested in viewing data in real-time that is being acquired/processed, you can just view those signals in the data view directly.
