scope does not show up in device list

Hi all,

I just installed the latest SignalExpress along with the USB drivers for my Tektronics mso2024 scope.  In the measurement explorer I see my scope and it indicates all is okay.  When I plug the scope into the USB port on my computer SignalExpress launches and fails to see my scope.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?  I am running Windows7 64 bit.

How are you checking whether SignalExpress sees the scope? Do you check it in Channel View?

Did you have an older version of SignalExpress where the scope did appear?
