New kit RoboRio has an unrecoverable error.

I am a new coach to FRC and this is our rookie season. We open the package and  followed instructions on the First WPILIB page and we could not get anything to work. We asked a seasoned programmer to come help from Las Pumas and he said there was an unrecoverable error and to contact NI. We have ten days and I don't know where to start.

Hello, thanks for using the NI forums.

Since you are a rookie team, I presume you got a roboRIO 2.0 device, is this correct? You can confirm this if the device has a slot for microSD cards and shows the new NI logo in the front.

I read you followed WPLIB's instructions to flash your device, did you encounter any errors when flashing the microSD card per Imaging your roboRIO 2?

Have you tried removing the sticker that sometimes comes in the roboRIO's microSD card? Have you tried other microSD cards?
