The screenshot you included is just a warning that when you format the device with a new file system, you will erase any existing data on the drive. Can you clarify what part of the formatting process isn't working?

Ah, I missed that. Is your hardware setup supported according to this list?

I tested my pc that pass all condition....

I can use safe mode to install software by USB boot(select 2)...

And I can usb boot select 1...All functions can work correct...
If I use this method...would be always boot from usb(select 1)..

I think the Pharlap not support SSD HD ???

The SSD should not be a problem. For example, the PXIe 8880 has an SSD hard drive and can be purchased with Phar Lap.

Hey hsinhsiang,

Have you tried typing "yes" instead of "y"? You may have a BIOS that does not accept "y" as "yes", so the utilities default to not formatting the hard drive. I found some internal documentation that pointed to this as a possible cause.

Hi, same problem I had, I had to type yes not "y" and it worked. but now I get error couldn't find C:\phexec.exe. Did you get this or were you able to run Pharlap from your SSD/HDD?
