diadem is not working

Thanks for your work. I try to  add path C:\Users\___\AppData\Local\Temp\    but nothing is changed.  Can't to run VI. I have LV 2012.

Was not able to post the tdm/tdx files that were made in LV and then then saved the Temp directory.

Will now.   (Ran out of battery so had to end before was finished with post)

Would not expect that the version of LV would be reason not working.  (2012 should work OK)

Lets verify DIAdem all by itself first.

Startup up DIAdem and the select navigator and load the tdm file attached in this email.

You should be to switch to report and load up the attached tdr file. It should show a nice sine wave.

Then try to send this to PDF by clicking the PDF output icon at top of screen (after report button clicked)

If this works that DIAdem PDF writting is fully functional.  Let me know if it does not work.

The VI I posted in previous email will generate the PDF from Labview.   (by the way, I will downgrade the vi and post it in the next post)

Try it out, It should work if the DIAdem PDF output worked.

Noticed that the tdx file was not posted. Will try to repost it now. ( you need it to read the file in to the data portal.

The web site would not accept a tdx file ext. so switched file type to tdms. It should work fine.

Then I load tdm file I had 160 Noname files of empty data. Then I run tdr file  the  report is empty. Report from attached vi was also empty.

I open manually  tdms file and it show four signals (sin and three signals with noise). Then I try to open tdm file and create pdf report but it still doesn't work ((.

The idea is to load the tdms file into the data portal, then select the report , and open the tdr file Mobile Broadband
Sierra Wireless 7355 - Gobi 5000


The report tdr file will use the same channels in the tdms file. And display a sine wave.

Then make sure can make a PDF by clicking the send to PDF button at the top of report window.

Each time I run Diadem the empty 4 Noname channels were formed. Maybe problem in Diadem settings/Navigator ?

Repeated the steps I mentioned in my end, to make sure did not missing something.

Found that my TDR was not saved correctly (right version)

Please use the attached (Better) TDR file.  It should show the screen shot like in the attached word document.

Once the TDR and TDMS file work together to produce the screen shot.   Then you should be able to in DIAdem make a output pdf. 

Note: sometimes I have seen the PDF output button grayed out, when DIAdem is not installed perfectly. How does yours look?

Thank's for your suggestions but it's not working. Tdms file work perfect but tdr file still empty. The problem that tdr file does not have connection with tdms.  

Diadem was installed correctly with any error. Very sad. Try to remove diadem with all files and registry.

The report TDR was made for that TDMS file. ( I reviewed the TDR and TDMS file)  Somehow the references in the TDR got off when I saved it  Sorry!

Here is a TDR that I know works( Just must clear the data portal prior to loading as it is using numbers for group instead of names)
