Frequent "Sorry your request could not be completed" error messages, but the request is still completed

Hmm.... Can you grab a screenshot the next time it occurs?  Did your browser or OS change or does it seem to be unrelated to any changes on your end?

OK, if I get it I will grab the screenshot, but as I said, all that it is is the pink bar across below the crumbbar that says that message. I am using Windows 7 64-bit, and the latest version of Firefox. However, I've been using that for longer that the time when I started seeing the message, so I do not believe this is a client issue, especially given that others have seen this in other situations.

When this happens, does it go away if you refresh the page or clear your cache?

It goes away by itelf within approx 1 or 2 seconds..

 

I opened the link you provided.  All I get is the Cascade Style Sheet (CSS) text.
