For whatever it's worth, here you go. Not sure what the point of the VI is, though. Seems to some sort of example on user events, but such examples ship with LabVIEW.

source LabVIEW version = 8.5
target LabVIEW version = 8.6
Would appreciate the help. 😃

Hi Kovacs,
You mean you already have it in version 8.5.2 and you would like to save it in 8.6?
You should be able to open it in LV8.6 without any additional conversion.
Unfortunately, I do not have a higher version to downconvert...

Must have been half awake, cheers anyway.

Hey all, I am looking to get this Labview 9.0 onto my system with Labview 8.6 I am looking to do exactly what has been done here and would love some help getting it downcoverted would save me tons of time. If it can't be converted does anyone know of a similar VI that is available? Thanks for the help!

Try the attached. There were a bunch of VIs from the userlib folder that were being called. Presumably you already have those.
EDIT: Previous uploaded file had VIs left out.

Hy,
Could someone downconvert this driver instrument Lake Shore 325 from Labview8.6 to 7.1?
Thanks a lot
Steph
PS : I've Labview 8.6 and 7.1 installed on the same PC, so is it possible for me to do conversion from 8.6 to 7.1 by myself?

No, 8.6 will only take you down to 8.0. You would need LabVIEW 8.0 to be able to go down to 7.1.
The one complication is that the code you provided uses a project and a project library, neither of which exist in 7.1. All that I could do is save the individual VIs. You will need to reorganize it.
