Having a VI.

Is it possible to rely on the PC System timing to auto re-run the VI

when the moment the system timing hits 0000hrs with a new date?

Depends on your  coding.

One way is to simulate the condition by manually changing the PC time to 23:55hrs and then run the vi. See if the expected result occurs when the date changes.

Looking at your existing code, you would be better off using the windows task scheduler. No LabVIEW code required.
