I understand you are frustrated. I do not support our Vision products. I saw that you posted the same thing twice and this is not how the forums are supposed to be used. That being said, I am aware that you are also getting support via the phones on this issue. You will be updated on this issue by someone you spoke to on the phone.

Rule of thumb for politicians and customer support people: If you don't have an answer just create an issue with the form of the question... typical.
