Your question must be: Why do I get this error?

Just check this:

Is your ethernet card Gigabyte?

Does your ethernet card support Jumboframes?

Did you enable Jumboframes?

Did you turn off your firewall?

Hello,

In you NIC property panel, set the jumboframes to the highest value (ie about 9000bytes).

Hi Robert, this only applied to a very small number of the Scout series with a very specific firmware. The Ace and any other cameras do not have any bugs with the Test Packet functionality that require it to be disabled.
