NI-488.2 installation issue for windows 7

Why are you showing the block diagram for test2 but the front panel of a subVI? One problem at a time. Open the init function, run it. Show what you get. Open MAX and configure the serial port. Show what you get.

I'm afraid that I don't understand what the problem could be. The error code indicates that NI-VISA is not installed correctly yet MAX does not indicate the same error. What version of.VISA is installed?

Try installing the latest version instead of the oldest one.

yes I install the ni visa 1401 , but it figure this msg in error out of MB serial master query read holding register:

"VISA Write in MB Serial Transmit.vi:630002->MB Serial Master Query.vi:1850001->MB Serial Master Query Read Holding Registers (poly).vi"

what does that mean ?
